Jose Williams is making positive changes in his life and needs help to tell his story.

The former drug user and offender told News24 that his life is changing and that it is now entirely positive.

Following his release from prison, Williams decided to make a change in his life. He began writing stories about his life journey while incarcerated in an attempt to find a new life. One story he wishes to share is that of his youngest daughter, who has attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

The result of this was the book, You, Me & ADHD, which has not yet been released.

He emphasised that he wants to talk about his experience raising a child with this sometimes misdiagnosed illness.

However, he is having trouble getting it published and told the journal that he needs assistance in order to share some knowledge with parents of children with the illness.

Williams stated that a publisher who has previously published some of his work has already accepted his submission. All that remains to be done is edit it and get it ready for distribution.

“Anyone who is willing to sponsor this dream, I would really appreciate your help,” he stated.

Williams can be contacted on this number: 064 793 2939.
